Marc Reguant is studying the last year of Mechanical Engineering at the Salesians School (EUSS) of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (Spain). Currently he is working as Research Assistant at the College of Engineering of Peking University (China). His research interests include electrical characterization and reliability of advanced materials at the nanoscale using the Atomic Force Microscope and related techniques. The most common materials he is studying are high-k dielectrics and graphene. His background includes a Technical Degree in Mechanical Automotive in Barcelona.
